The company seeks a training program for agents to educate them to be actual market agents with the designation of Certified Market Expert. The comprehensive program allows them to be good negotiators and write better contracts.

Challenge

This project is all about buying and selling real-estate quickly and hassle-free by contacting the right agent. Once the user registers to the application he/she can browse over available properties and choose the agent from the dropdown menu. Meanwhile, no other client can visit with their agent on the property at the same time to avoid conflicts. If the deal is closed, the agent can book slots for further cleaning and maintenance purposes notifying them about the time and date via email. The chosen property is then removed from the feature list for the rest of the agents. We have drafted the website dashboard that optimize the agent list, client relationship, buys, sells, coming soon, and relocates.
